The process mainly include crushing or grinding system, automatic dosing system, mixing system and packing system.
Crushing system, to crush or grind granular raw material to powder, the machines recommend is urea crusher, which works by two rollers to grind the granular. But do not generate heat and non-stick roller, no dust during production, no need to add auxiliary dust removal equipment
Automatic dosing system, PLC control automatically completes the batching of several raw materials according to the set weight ratio with Precise metering and the dosing batching accuracy up to ±0.1‰ to ±0.2‰.
Ribbon mixer mixing system, The dosing materials are automatically discharged into the ribbon mixer, and the PLC control system automatically controls mixing, unloading, opening and closing of the material door, etc. The mixing time and unloading time can be set in the PLC to ensure that the materials are mixed evenly.
Packing machine system, its weighting can range from 100g to 25kg, with accuracy up to ±0.1‰ to ±0.2‰.
