Double cage mill can crush or grind all kinds of fertilizer with moisture below 6%, especially for the materials with more hardness. It is usually used in the compound fertilizer production process. This machine is designed based on the principle of impact crushing. The inner and outer sets of cage bars rotate at high speed in opposite directions, and the material is crushed through the impact of the cage bars from the inside out. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high crushing efficiency, good sealing performance, smooth operation, easy cleaning, and easy maintenance.
Before use, place the crusher flat in a certain position in the workshop, without the need for equipment foundation. It can be used by connecting the power supply. The fineness of the crushing is controlled by the distance between the two rollers. The smaller the distance, the finer the fineness, and the relatively lower the output. Conversely, the higher the output.
