The double roller urea crusher is a specialized crusher for grinding urea or materials which has similar characteristics as urea in the compound fertilizer industry. The machine has a compact structure, a small footprint, convenient operation, and low energy consumption. The main components require high machining accuracy, strong crushing ability, high efficiency, and high wear resistance of the working surface. Multi-level adjustment of crushing mesh, no agglomeration after crushing, and low dust at the inlet and outlet. The two-roll urea crusher mainly uses the gap between the high-speed running drum and the concave plate to grind and shear. The size of the gap determines the degree of material crushing, and the roller speed and diameter can be adjusted. Urea enters the two-roll urea crusher collides with the body wall and baffle to break, and is then ground into powder through the teeth between the roller and the concave plate. The gap between the concave plates is adjusted by the adjustment mechanism to adjust the degree of crushing within the range of 3-12 millimeters. The mesh size of the urea crushed by the two-roll urea crusher is approximately 30-70 mesh. The feeding port adjustment mechanism can control the production volume.
