Product Description
This combined granulation machine also called a stirring tooth-drum granulator, it is designed based on wet granulation equipment. It improves the original wet continuous pusher granulator in use problems, and in the secondary granulating segment and the stirring teeth a rotating cylinder method, not only to meet the grain quality requirements but also to solve the portion of the material due to viscosity and humidity too large and paste wall problem. The machine has a uniform feeding part, a granulation section, a secondary granulation section, a power part, a secondary stirring teeth part, the secondary cylinder driving part, a grain warehouse, a frame, and other parts of the composition.
Granulation Principle
The powder goes into the first granulation section from the uniform feeding part where also can adjust the speed of feed volume, finishes the first granulation process through high speed and adjustable mixing blade, then flows by push to the second granulation section. Material will be granulated in the two granulation sections, through the internal mixing teeth two times granulation and outer cylinder molding, to achieve the purpose of granulation, so that the particles have better quality assurance. There are suction ports and dust outlets in silos that can connect vacuum cleaners to meet environmental discharge requirements. The observation door and the nozzle of the spray tube also can be added. Where the liquid can be sprayed into the particles in the drum according to the requirement of particle size.
