Ring die pellet machine, also called ring die press granulator. This machine is mainly used for granule processing (bio-organic fertilizer and aquaculture processing industry), the processed granule material has a smooth surface, moderate hardness, and low-temperature rise during processing and can better maintain the nutrients inside the raw material, the particle composition is uniform, the shape is neat, and the output is more than 15% higher than that of the traditional granulator. Because the particle moisture content is low, it is easy to store, and it can keep the original shape for a long time in water, which greatly improves the utilization rate of materials. It is ideal for fertilizer processing.
