The automatic robot palletizer unit of the palletizing robot is composed of the robot host produced by FANUC, the seller’s self-produced bag kicker, bag flattener, pick roller conveyor, manipulator gripper, base, and electrical control cabinet. There is no need for manual operation on site. The whole set of palletizing machines realizes modular control, and a touch screen is installed on the control panel, which can intuitively display the running status of the palletizing machine. Operators can also choose manual operation according to the needs of the site, and there is no impact on the use of the whole system. Its main technical performance characteristics are as follows:
