Advantage and Working Principle

  • The material is fed into the fermentation tank through a belt conveyor or other means, and the main motor is started at the same time. It is driven by the motor reducer, and the main shaft rotates to start stirring.
  • After the main shaft is driven, the spiral blades on the mixing shaft are driven, and the spiral blades flip the animal feed. At the same time, fermentation bacteria are added to fully mix the material and bacteria evenly. Start aerobic fermentation.
  • By turning on the heating system, the thermal oil in the interlayer at the bottom of the fermentation tank is heated by the heating system. At the same time, the temperature can be controlled by the control system in the fermentation tank. When the temperature reaches the set value, the heating system will automatically stop working. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the heating system will resume operation, which can keep the temperature in the fermentation tank at the most active temperature of the fermentation strain for continuous fermentation.
  • After fermentation is completed, the fermented material is discharged through the bottom discharge port and transported to the next process through a belt conveyor or other means.
