After dehydration and separation of solid manure, the solid material extruded after treatment is almost odorless and has low viscosity, which can be used directly as fertilizer. After the manure residue is separated, it is mixed with grass chaff and stirred thoroughly, and bacteria are added to ferment and granulated to make a compound organic fertilizer. At the same time, it can be made into pellet feed, which is a good feed for fish. It can be used for fertilization of flowers/special economic crops and can transform the organic matter of the soil.

Working Principle

The poultry manure water is lifted and sent to the dewatering machine by the matching non-clogging submerged pump, and then gradually pushed towards the front of the machine by the twisting dragon. At the same time, the pressure at the front edge of the machine is continuously increased, forcing the moisture in the material to squeeze out of the mesh screen and flow out of the drainage pipe under the action of the edge pressure belt filter. The operation of the dewatering machine is continuous, and the water continuously rises into the body of the machine. The pressure at the leading edge increases continuously. When it reaches a certain level, the discharge port is pushed open and squeezed out to achieve the purpose of squeezing the discharge. To control the speed and moisture content of the discharge, the counterweight block below the host can be adjusted to achieve a satisfactory and appropriate discharge state.
